You may or may not have read this, but I found it intriguing: four libraries in Paris have shut down their wifi in favor of wired connections after employees complained of health problems due to exposure to the wifi signal.
Hmm. is this just happening in Paris? Not according to the Chronicle of Higher Education. What are the facts? That’s tougher to ascertain. This BBC article claims that there is no proven connection between wifi signals and adverse health effects. This Guardian article backs that up (the results of the University of Essex study the article discusses can be found here).
