Register for Readers Advisory Fundamentals and instructor Francisca Goldsmith will introduce you to:

- Appeal factors in fiction and nonfiction
- Recognizing coworkers and community members as collaborators in readers advisory
- Measuring user satisfaction in readers advisory services
